1999-2002 BMW Z3 Roadster Late Model Rear Trunk Deck Lid Topaz Blue w 3rd Brake

  

The paint on this trunk lid is Topaz Blue Metallic (BMW paint code 364), and the trunk lid is in good condition. The most noticeable damage is some bubbling in the clear coat on the cover for the 3rd brake light. There are also a few scratches just below the body line towards the rear of the panel, on both the left and right sides. The panel has no noticeable dents or irregular bends.

There is no rusting damage. The roundel is faded and the'Z' has fallen off from the'Z3'.

Thus we recommend replacing all badging. The hinges are not included. Details can be viewed in the photos.

What does the production month mean? When the fitment information includes a production month this means the part will only fit some of the cars within a given model year, depending on what month the car was manufactured. Production for the "model year" usually begins in September of the previous calendar year, so if you have a 1995 model BMW it will have been produced anywhere between 9/94 - 8/95. Some cars begin their production earlier than September, such as the first year production for a new model. For example, if we say the part fits 04/95 - 99 it will fit those cars with a production date of April 1995 to 1999 model year cars.
