This is a nice used Vintage Hilborn fuel injection pump. It is a model PG-150 size "0". This was common on early small block sprint cars and drage cars. The pump is clean inside and out.

It turns with resistance, which I believe it should. All of the threads look good and the bolts tighten securely.
