This car was raced in central Pennsylvania and southern tier of New York, at Selinsgrove, Williams Grove, Hagerstown, Lincoln, Five Mile Point, Penn Can speedways during the 1970's with drivers Dick Longstreet, Larry Hare, and Larry Gorman. It was later used as a semi-late model and street stock before it was parked under a tarp for the past 30 years. The chassis is in very good condition considering its age.

It appears to have never been hit or show any accident damage. The offset chassis was built using 2x3 rectangular tubing and an early 70's Camaro front clip, It employs the traditional Camaro front suspension with tube upper control arms.

The rear suspension is Chevelle / Monte Carlo 4 link type. All 4 corners utilize adjustable weight jacks. Over the past few months I have stripped the car back down to the bare chassis and started rebuilding it with the intention of racing it in a street stock type class.

This class is being dropped at my local track so I will be moving on with something else. The car has been enhanced and rebuilt since the photos with the primer body. The body has been moved more forward on the chassis. I replaced the Performance body type fabricated front fenders with original 1968 Camaro front fenders, hood, upper valance, lower valance, grille and I installed a new front bumper. The engine is a 4 bolt main 400 small block Chevrolet that was just professionally rebuilt.

The block is 2 freeze plug version and is decked at 9.00 with a 4.155 bore and the stroke is 3.35 = 363 cubic inches. The crankshaft is light weight 4340 steel with 2.449 main journals and 2.100 rod journals and it has 4340 6 connecting rods and light weight forged flat top pistons.

The cylinder heads are 906 Vortec from Brezinski with 2.02/1.60 valves and 7/16 1.6 aluminum roller rockers. The new camshaft is from Bullet with new Comp solid lifters and new timing chain and gears. It has a new Stewart stage 3 water pump, new light weight harmonic balancer, new aluminum pulleys.

A new Carter mechanical fuel pump with all new aluminum fittings and fuel line. It has a high rise single plane aluminum intake manifold with a new Quickfuel carb spacer, and a used Blake 2 barrel Holley 4412 with a new aluminum offset air cleaner.

Msd circle track distributor with new NGK plugs and new wires. The entire power steering pump, tank, lines, and fittings are new from Speedway Motors. It has a new 27x19 aluminum radiator with new hoses and clamps. The rearend housing and axles are 31 spline and 62 wide. The new bellhousing is from Southwest Speed.

The hydraulic throwout bearing is new from Speedway Motors. The triple disc Quartermaster clutch and 153 tooth flexplate are like new condition.

The transmission currently in the car is a 3 speed Saginaw. I also have another 4 speed and 3 speed. The upper control arms, rotors, bearings, seals, and ball joints are all new. The fuel cell appears to be 16 gallon and has a can. The seat is a used Kirkey aluminum seat with leg and head supports.

The brake, clutch cylinders, and throttle pedal are new from Southwest Speed. What the car needs to finish- rear brakes, rear center section, driveshaft, front brake pads, battery, ignition wiring, paint, and whatever tire wheel combination your rules require. I'm looking for best offers. I'm willing to sell it as a roller without the engine and transmission, as a roller without the engine, or complete as described.
